5* customer service 5* cleanliness 5* location 3* Building & facilities 4* kitchenette Had a truly pleasant stay here. Airplane Mgmt gave clear checkin instructions and was prompt and responsive to all requests. Deposit was promptly refunded after checkout. Most important, it served the purpose of sound sleep, clean room and a good shower. Kitchenette equipped with clean microwave, plates, bowls and cutlery was adequate for light cooking (no knife tho). Nice sea and waterfront views. Plenty of undercover car parking. Didn't use the swimming pool and gym but the facilities look clean and well maintained.

Decided to book this accommodation for a last minute getaway and was so pleased with the unit. The sea views are amazing and the sunset view from the unit is stunning. Check in and out process was easy. The unit was generally clean and well equipped. There are enough beds to sleep up to 6 people but will have to share the only bathroom in the unit. Situated along PD Waterfront, there are lots of choices for food, literally steps away from McDonald’s and Starbucks. The only downside is the loud boat engine noise at night as there is a small jetty just across the property and few boats will come to the jetty at night. Luckily it was only noisy for 1-2 hours from 9-11pm every night.

1) Customer service was very supportive, prompt responses received. 2) Check-in/ out process was smooth, well explained, and easily understood. 3) Location of the hotel was near to PD waterfront, nearby several cafes, and Billion the supermarket. Very strategic. Zus coffee opened early in the morning on the 1st day of Raya, so that is a plus for those craving coffee. Unit is kept clean, only light cooking is allowed. 4) Exterior of the apartment building is in dire need of re-painting. Hope they can do it soon. Also, broom is only available upon request, hope the management can provide this readily in the unit, rather than requesting for it. 5) All in all, we had fun staying in this unit, the seaview is good.

The first thing that caught my eye when I entered the room was the beautiful sea view. The room was clean and neat. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back again🙂
